Pulling people over/Issuing Tickets to drivers
So, I really enjoy this game so far. The only thing i cant seem to figure out is, How do i actually issue traffic tickets to people that i have pulled over.

I've pulled people over for speeding, i have pulled someone over for turning without a signal, for running a red light.

But, when i got to talk to the driver, my only options are "Detain driver" and "Let Go"

but they haven't done anything to merit being detained, just a ticket.

Technically, "detaining" is like "I've pulled you over for..." atm. Pick "detain" and a proper reason with it.

In fact, before issuing a ticket, you need to have a legal reason to detain the driver

Yeh when you pull them over you have the option to detain someone.
You can also check there plates and see if any reports have come in and you can use that to detain them as well..

Example - there is a car approaching me and with nothing in my hands I hold the left mouse button. It will inspect the number plate and tell you if something has been reported or if something is dodgy with the car or reports been made. You can also use this to check cars at a scene of a accident as well as parked cars. Also to note, if the person has expired reg plates, expired//no insurance, parked in a funny place etc, you can have the car towed giving you extra points (:

So for example... i detain them on the grounds that they were speeding?
