Report a translation problem
It depends on each US State and possible city restrictions regarding emergency light colors for each kind of service.
E.g. NYC has red / white as standard emergency lights and blue (next to red and amber) is shown on rear only for police vehicles (exception is given for federal law enforcement, volunteers... etc).
Furthermore there are some regions/agencies with red only, blue only, mixed on both sides, minor one steady red to front (CA wide) and so on.

I know in my city it is all blues, my County sheriff is R&B then my state police (MICHIGAN, USA) in mainly reds with maybe 2-3 small led R&B flashers so
