Arresting for excessive drugs confusing

Which type of drug is illegal and which is limited to 1?

Marijuana is limited to 1Oz. Maybe I'm too early in the game, haven't found other drugs yet, but I image they would all be illegal.

If the total amount is over 1oz then you can cite them or arrest them I believe. I haven’t encountered anyone over 1oz yet.

They can have any amount up to 1oz, so .25oz, 50oz, .75oz and any combo that is under 1oz is legal in the state of Franklin.

I understand the 1 oz limit, however what i don't understand is the reason you can arrest for excessive cannabis but not excessive marijuana.

You're joking right? marijuana is the colloquial term for cannabis.

i stopped a guy who was under the influence. searched his car 5oz of marijuana found. couldn't charge for second crime though :/

You should get the points for a justified search and finding contraband. As it is now, you will only get points for the discovery but cannot charge them for any extra crimes.

Im sorry late response I was curious on what they allowed for people to carry on them for it being legal. I arrested someone for carrying .5 oz of cannibis on them and got credit for it.Is there no tolerance now for drugs in the game?
