Report a translation problem
When you took the drug tests, were there both Xs, or did they both have checkmarks?
If they both had Xs, it means negative.
Second, I do not think you can have BOTH THC and Amphetamine (Not sure though) so you prolly mistook the "x" for a positive, as mentioned above.
Live those procedures and need attention to details, not just putting anything as per LSPDFR
I made this mistake at first as well. I thought it was showing me a list of what came back positive, I didn't realize it was saying "It could be either of these, but it was neither."
The accident along isn't probable cause for a search. Once they fail either DUI test, then you can search, but without that it makes the search unjustified. I mistook the Xs my first day, then noticed the check mark on the next accident.
