Sorry to hear that this is happening - would it be possible to see your system information so that we can try to help? To do this:
- Hold down the Windows Key and press R, the Run dialogue should appear > Type dxdiag in the available text field > Click OK
- Click Save All Information > Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find
- Open the .txt file, copy all the contents > Paste all the contents to a free text hosting service such as http://justpaste.it, http://textuploader.com or http://freetexthost.com
- Copy the link to your post
Regards,Team17 Support
Of course you can see my system info, here is my dxdiag.txt: https://justpaste.it/9phou
Hope we can fix this problem.
Thanks for sharing that with us.
Can either of you load into the level on your own?
Let's check that your AMD drivers are up to date:
- Go to http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/auto_detect.aspx
- Install ‘AMD Driver Autodetect’ application.
- Select yes on to allow the application to run if the prompt appears.
- Select ‘Download Now’ and follow the steps to install the driver.
- Restart your computer, if necessary after the installation of drivers.
Let's check that your computer is not attempting to run the game via your integrated graphics card, rather than your dedicated AMD graphics card.To run the game through your dedicated graphics card, you may need to refer to your graphics card manufacturer's documents. If you are still unsure of how to do this, please contact the manufacturer of your graphics card directly.
We are unable to directly offer you instructions on how to do this. However, if you are connected to the internet, you may find the following useful:
- Right-click your desktop, and select Catalyst Control Center.
- From the Power drop-down menu, select Switchable Graphics.
- Click Browse and navigate to select the program.
- Click Power Saving or High Performance to select the graphics card to use for that specific application.
Get back to us when you can.Regards,

Sorry to hear you're also having this issue.
Can you please use the above steps to share your dxdiag information with us?
Also, are you playing this in single-player or multiplayer?
Get back to us when you can.

Would you be so kind and check if the following file is present in the game installation folder:
Right-click Moving Out in your Steam library and select Manage>Browse Local Files and go to:
\MovingOut_Data\StreamingAssets\StandaloneWindows64\
and check if the file "level_simple.abundle" is present

In addition to the above, and following further investigation, it seems that it may be an issue with your Windows language settings - would you be so kind and change it to English, (if not already) and retest?
To do this, simply press the Windows Key and type Language Settings.

Now I only hope that I'd find a solution to my not recognised controller, which was recognised just fine by Overcooked games.
But then again, thank you again for finding a solution to my situation.
Glad to hear that the workaround helped - as for the controller, lets try the following:
