Can't enter the stage "the hoop house"

We have accomplished all the houses in first hour. Only house left is the hoop house and when we (2 players) try to enter it , it wents into a endless loading. Other parts of the town is not unlocked so we cant keep play the game. It is a game breaking bug.

Sorry to hear you're having this issue.

Can you go into the level in single player?

Can you both please try verifying your game files:

1. Right-click on the game in your Steam Library, choose Properties, switch to the Local Files tab and press Verify integrity of game files...
   
2. Attempt to run the game to see if the issue is resolved.

In addition to the above, and following further investigation, it seems that it may be an issue with your Windows language settings - would you be so kind and change it to English, (if not already) and retest?

To do this, simply press the Windows Key and type Language Settings.

I have created a new save just to test this problem. I will provide feednback if this issue still exist.
