Was it like this? You get 'news', that you have an offer. You go to check it out. There's a button with 'Accept' (or something), but no button with 'No'. There was also some 'dead-line' or last day to answer.

If like this, then if you don't want to accept that deal, you just forget that offer.
It will vanish after the 'dead-line'.
