Konami please fix: Player injuries

Lost a game because after the opponent recieve red card for tackle broken thru player my player is off the pitch. no notification nothing. why no notification of injury?

And also, where is fair play? It's get rekt. Everyone playing as dirty as they can. In every match, at any standing....
