but i DID manage to get rid of this problem by... reinstalling windows. (windows 10 x64 pro)
It's really a hard way - don't recommend to any one with same issue. And it's really strange that not a single error file or error message was created during the bug causing game to close.
If i will see something like '[missing dll].dll not found' or 'unable to initialize some [missing lib]' i will know what to install or fix. Konami devs - it's easy as that - just wrap your code in try-block next time before releasing game. Thanks.
Do you have all Win10 updates installed?
i have all windows update installed with all drivers i was change windows 10 to 7 and still the same and i was change it again to 10 and still not working
Add eFootball to your firewall exceptions + antivirus exceptions. I think something is blocking your eFootball from accessing the Internet. That happens to me when I have no internet or no connection.
Change power settings for the CPU in control panel, see if it helps.
You need to install Media Feature Pack (this is windows feature)
After 5 times reinstallation windows and more than 20 articles ...
