White screen / blink / exit

Game just didn't start - white screen. then some blink. then exit. No even any error like 'ERRORCODEXXX'.
Guys - rly?
I installed all software dependencies, i install latest drivers for my graphic card... nothing helps.

I wrote to support and receive standard message like 'install all dependencies and check if your system meets minimal'. My system is close to maximal and surely all the DirectX-es and C++ libs was installed long time ago. So not much help..

but i DID manage to get rid of this problem by... reinstalling windows. (windows 10 x64 pro)

It's really a hard way - don't recommend to any one with same issue. And it's really strange that not a single error file or error message was created during the bug causing game to close.
If i will see something like '[missing dll].dll not found' or 'unable to initialize some [missing lib]' i will know what to install or fix. Konami devs - it's easy as that - just wrap your code in try-block next time before releasing game. Thanks.

i have all windows update installed with all drivers i was change windows 10 to 7 and still the same and i was change it again to 10 and still not working

Add eFootball to your firewall exceptions + antivirus exceptions. I think something is blocking your eFootball from accessing the Internet. That happens to me when I have no internet or no connection.

White screen crash can sometimes be because of power throttling.
Change power settings for the CPU in control panel, see if it helps.

After 2 days I finally found a solution for myself. Maybe it helps you.
You need to install Media Feature Pack (this is windows feature)

After 5 times reinstallation windows and more than 20 articles ...

This is still an issue. Feel like picking up my career, now with AMD 22.3.2 and still can only be run with 20.5.1. I can't even understand why newer versions work worse than older versions.
