Access settings.exe from linux

HI hows it going.
i am trying out this game in linux via steam proton and i cant figure out how i can access and run the settings.exe?

I wish to change the resolution and vsync settings but have no idea to because i cannot access settings.exe.

i can run the game fine via steam by clicking on "Play" but thats about it
