can't connect to server since update

i can't connect to apply live update. its says an unexpected problem has occurred while communicating with the pes 2020 server. code: C_GKCC_0002_320

wow... i have this problem since a week ago.
it sucks!!!!

i tried delete PES folder in my document, nothing
and i reinstall the game, nothing.
i dont understand why no information about this from Konami.

i found that when i open PES 2020 page in steam store
my game is "Play eFootball PES 2020 LITE", actually i purchased digital standard edition

Type on the Windows explorer the path:

C:/Programdata/KONAMI/ (it's hided)

Delete the folder "ePES Footbaal 2020" (or ePES Footbaal 2020 Lite)

Done!

i tried that solution for the first time, it was worked.
but after exit the game, the problem reappeared.
i tried the solution again, but not worked.

Konami CS replied my email to give my detail account so they could check.

i contacted the customer support about this problem, and they told me to either connecting the pc with LAN cable or change isp.

I tried connecting the pc with lan, still nothing. And changing isp just for one game sounds ridiculous.

After a week thinking about this dumb issue, i finally came up with a solution. That is VPN.

I don't really know how VPN works, but what i know for sure is that it changes your ip address.

If you want to try this, make sure you choose the closest country to you so pings are not gonna be an issue.

If you're using a huawei router, you can try to change the "Regulatory Domain" to China. Works flawlessly for me
