Konami can't handle cheaters playing on PC, so how do you even imagine this? Transferring all these cheaters into cross-platform, in situation where Konami sell 95%+ of PES copies on consoles market? That would for sure damage their future sales of PES on these markets they care about. Why it is like this you might ask... well... in case you're new here and don't understand business model Konami has for PC market, let me show you a quick example - google for PES 2017 PC vs console comparison and you'll understand everything, no more explanations required. And believe me, nothing changed since 2016.
For me PES 2020 was last game I purchased, because I wont tolerate situation where company treats me like some kind of leper, and refuse to deliver fully functional product I paid for.
You know what's making the whole thing even more sad? Game itself, because this is best football game ever made, and FIFA gameplay is a total disgrace compared to PES. But Konami policy is ruining everything.
