Is there anything to unlock?

I haven't properly played PES since PES3 back in 2003 and you could unlock features in that game like players and classic teams.

However I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do in this game? I primarily bought it for local couch multiplayer, but I thought that I could play some single player modes to unlock extra content, but it seems that everything is already unlocked.

I'm not really interested in playing singleplayer or online multiplayer if it doesn't unlock anything for local multiplayer games.

So you mean everything is already available to use from the start?

There's one other thing that I'm confused about, managers are unlocked in myClub which can only be used in that mode so I'm not too fussed about that but apparently there are legendary players that you can unlock in that mode too:

So where are these players Rivaldo, Deco, Yorke and Cole if I just want to play exhibition mode?

I think u new to PES. They will release legends through the season (group of them every while) into MyClub. They will announce and u will see it when u start the game.

They also may add a complete league (happened last year with Chinese and Thi leagues) they been added as a DLC in the middle of the season.

Also EURO 2020 will be added later.

So the only unlocking things (if they locked) is skilled training.
