Thank you bringing these issues to our attention.

At this stage, we have released a patch that addresses stuttering in the menu screens. However, there's still a chance that it may occur for some users in certain situations.

Any data you provide us is invaluable in our ongoing investigation of these issues, so we kindly ask that any users still dealing with stuttering in the menus refer to the process detailed below regarding how to get in contact with us.

This is a KONAMI/PES developer account.

First and foremost, we'd like to extend a heartfelt apology to all the fans that are currently experiencing performance issues related to stuttering in the PES 2020 demo.
In order to fix the issue, we'd like to ask for your cooperation in providing some background information about your PC and the specific issues you're encountering.
Please follow the steps listed below to locate your pc_info.zip file:

1) Download the pc_info.zip file via the following procedure:
1. Run the PES 2020 DEMO setting.exe.
2. Open the [Support] tab.
3. Go to [PC Information Collection], then click [Collect Info].
4. Click [Open Folder].
5. Find the pc_info.zip file and copy it to your desktop.

2) Use one of the links below to send as an inquiry form. Please include as much detail as possible about the issues that you are encountering.

solved menu pre match

stuttering in the menu pre online match fixed, thank you.
But what did you do with the game? Speed increased, passes too assisted and fast even first touch pass, shooting overpowered... the game became arcade.
Please, consider go back to the previous gameplay

After the last update, the prematch menu now runs fine, but ingame (online and offline too) mircolag and stuttering during all the match.
The Cpu is always at 85 / 90 % load, ingame and start menu too.
I tried without succes to set vsync to fast in my nvidia setting and set my monitor at 60hz like in pes2019.
My config: I7-8700k 16gm ram 2080ti

People like you will never be satisfied bro... I have been playing fifa since 2000 and I am first time buying pes this year. Trust me, after EA, konami feels amazing :)

Same here. Now it is lagging ingame (online & offline). :(

In game stuttering isn't solved yet.
My system: Ryzen 2600, 16gm RAM, RTX 2070 GPU

Canceling of an action doesn't work always. ~60% of pressings appropriate keys don't cancel actions.

Ingame it started behaving like pes 2019 when the script was toooo heavy. i know u wont acknowledge the script publicly, but privately, u just might.
Ive been a long years pes fan (35 yrs old I am), and been playin demo every day since it came out...
Optic connection on new alienware laptop...to summarise

As for the feedback topic u oppened (FINNALY!!!!) i must commend u! Very good and nice move, although a bit overdue.
And i also must say that i was sceptical about Konami realy listening when the topics came out, but I am very pleased to been proven wrong in the best possible way!

Pes 2019 was the worst for me so far...but im liking where 2020 is going...keep it up....bring back our faith in the company and the game....best football game!!!!
