Triggering player run

In fifa, you just press a button and the player(s) run forward. It is very simple and so effective.

In pes, you have to hold LB button and use right analog to choose the player you want to run. This is horrible because we cant run more than 1 player and to choose the player is not as simple as fifa. Also in Pes, in assisted move, players run all the way to the end and loses all its stamina. Pes definetely needs to improve that. That changes the whole game. Because my players just stand there like a tree and dont make forward runs. And when they do, they run like an idiot until the end. Any opinions about this ?
