then you need to apply fps limit for example with the tool RTSS that comes with the tool msi afterburner, it has the best fps limiter
not sure if by now nvidia or amd managed to implement fps limit option in the drivers, but any fps limiter should do really
ps
the issue is that the game w/o vsync plays weird, not stable, but the response is way better lol, so yeah, give it a try
i tested it myself on 60 fps it was interesting but went back to vsync
