How is Ivo unlocked? Or is he like properly not in the game, and will come out in a future update?

Never. The devs have abandoned this game years ago. We had to fight to get the last bug fix update. Mobile phone market is more profitable for them.

They updated it not long ago, but unfortunately they didn’t update the last hero.
