Escape Room 3

So I am stuck in this one. First of all, I only accidentally solved the lever puzzle. I still don't know what it corresponded to. At first, I thought it was the paintings across the opening in the partially boarded up door, then I thought maybe the paintings in the hallway from the entrance. I never figured that out, but I luckily got the right combination by sheer guessing power.

But then I got stuck with the 2 passcodes. One is the 3 letter passcode where I have no idea how to find the 3 letters. I'm guessing it should be a 3 letter word. But I have tried every word I can think of with no luck.

I'm also stuck on the 4 digit passcode for the door. I have no idea where to get these numbers.

I am thinking maybe I missed finding a key to unlock one of the drawers. I have 2-3 drawers that are still locked. I have no idea where these keys might be. I have looked everywhere. The only thing I have in my inventory is the paragraph about feeding the poor and corn will save the nation. I have no idea how that that corresponds to anything.
