BTB Licence

Hi,

I have buy BTB Pro on the website in 2017, BTB are not in steam in 2017.
My last licence has expired then i return to the website for a new one, but 3 days later i don't receive the mail with it.

Is there any problem with people who have buy BTB on the website ? Is there possible to have a Steam Key for replacing the licence ?

I have sent for a re newal of my licience, as I have new computer....have waited for over a week, and no response....is this normal, or who should I contact

This isn't Brendons day Job. When he's there, he answers quite quickly. If he is out of the country, obviously won't reply.

Other users who renewed their evo license, got a quick response last year. You better off getting the steam version, as everything is automated.
