Lossless Scaling

Lossless Scaling

What does "Max Frame Latency" option do?
If I want more performance and less input lag, should I set this option lower or higher? It goes from 1 to 5. Does it also have any impact on visuals?

Only if you have for example a 60hz monitor and wanna generate 120 frames while maintaining vsync (default sync in LS) ( those 120 will still be rendered as 60 but perceptualy you may find it smoother )

Also LS has tooltips , just hover yre mouse over the option

No. The ideal setting basically differs from system to system, so try 1-3.

I currently have it set to 5 because I read somewhere that higher values can reduce input lag. I have an AMD card btw.

Feel free to experiment, maybe a lower settings gives you better results, maybe not.
