Dota 2 and the cursor in the game lags
the game becomes smoother but the cursor's bistro action slows down very much (which is not the case without the program turned on) as soon as you turn off the cursor it becomes smooth

The cursor renders at the base fps, this can't changed. What's your base framerate with LS?
