yeah the same way you upscale anything else.

i found i had to downscale it first and then upscale for it to do a better job and also change the scaling size (i usually go for large/extra large). But yes depending on the video it may or may nor look much different.

the anime4k that you can use with MPV as addon shaders works much better than in lossless. MPV takes a bit to get setup but if you are a regular anime watcher then its totally worth it.
