Lossless Scaling

Don't see any FPS boost for RTX 3070 (mobile) with Black Myth: Wukong
Can anyone help?

Current lossless settings as follow:

Scaling: Auto

Scaling Type: AMD FSR/Nvidia Image Scaling

Sharpness: 6

Optimized version: On

FG: LSG 2.3

Mode: X4

Sync Mode: V-Sync (165 hz screen with current 90 FPS)

Draw FPS: On

All other settings are on default.

why are you using a 4x frame generation with 90 fps
165/2 is the fps you should be limiting to, with 2x frame gen

Cap your fps at 82 which is half of your refresh rate, then use 2x frame generation (try performance mode if u dont see any diff).

i seriously dont know what am i doing. i was in the Black Myth reddit forum, and everyone was trying to push as high FPS as possible.

thanks for the advice, ill go cap my FPS to half the refesh rate. so does it mean mode set to x2, lossless will try to boost my FPS twice as what is cap? the capping is done in the game or lossless?

so what is the process of tuning/setting our system for the best optimum performance?

display resolution, desired FPS matching refresh rate, if there is additional GPU, turn on RT?
