Help using Lossless Scaling with an Elgato 4k60 Pro mrk2

So I've had a capture card that has just been sitting in my PC doing nothing.

Thought I would use it to try and save on performance, so basically use 4k capture utility to record instead of OBS.

I put a HDMI from the input of my GPU to My Capture Card.

Clone the screen so I can record my monitor, I can see my footage in the 4k Utility app.

Here is when the issues start, the scaling does nothing, matter fact make it worse, I've used every setting possible.

Does anyone know how to get it working how it works when using just one screen?
