I am unable to download lossless scaling 3.0 from steam

I am trying to install LS from steam after installing and launching i can see in the top left corner it is showing Lossless Scaling 2.13.2 How to update to Lossless Scaling 3.0 there is no option for update also Please help

Right-click in library>Properties>Betas, select, uh, "beta" from the dropdown and it should update.

But uh, 3.0 at the moment is just a new UI. If you want LSFG 3.0, you should already have that; check the frame generation dropdown.
