lossless scaling not working at all

whenever i try to upscale anything, be it anime, games, or series, it just doesn't upscale at all, even if i zoom in.
also, when i try to use frame generation (i have a 165 hz monitor and am using lsfg 3.0) it just doesn't work. it either says 165/165, even if i put my game at max of 60 fps or my anime is at 12, and even if i put fullscreen it still doesn't work. i have put my gpu to do it btw.
i tried everything, changed capture method, changed every number i could, and also removed discord and AMD overlay. please help. the gameplay feels even worse with it turned on.

specs: 12700k
rx 6750xt
32 gb ram
original latest version lossless scaling

i also have dual monitors, 1 being 60 hz and 1 165 (i was obvisouly doing everything in the 165 hz one, and turning the 60 hz off didn't seem to fix the issue either)
i have tried both dual monitor options on and off and none of them worked

Doublecheck them, they like to enable themselves again after an update. Make sure they are actually disabled, not just not showing on screen.

I had the same issue. I discord I go settings- game overlay and deactivated everything. and problem solved!

did work, and they're still deactivated, also i have the latest version and haven't updated since i changed these options

I have a 165hz monitor and sometimes(if I am too hasty) can have 165/165 fps. The culprit of that 100% of the time is the anti-cheat pop-up. So maybe you have something else on the screen.
