In-game overlay data error in non-admin mode
game still be recognized as running after exit in admin mode, unless lossless scaling closed

soory i can't repeat the first issue, but now the second one appeared in both admin and non-admin mode now

launch lossless scaling > launch game > exit game > amd software showed game still running and in-game overlay running, while no game process in Process Manager > exit lossless scaling > amd software showed no current running game, exit gaming mode
