Dual GPU 7700XT + RX 480 ?

I have a rx 480 that i would like to try offloading the FG to.

My PSU is 650 will it be enough?

Sounds like a bad idea. Especially if the PSU is degraded.

I am not even going to ask if it is a power hungry Intel cpu.

psu wont be enough. the 480 won't be able anything above 1080p 16:9, i'm willing to bet you would have better results if you just run everything on your main card 7700xt. If you want to dual gpu then get a better psu and a better secondary card.

though you could try it out and see the results for yourself, work case scenario is that your computer shuts off due to lack of power.

I don't think the RX 480 will consume too much power while generating frames. You can try measuring it using MSI Afterburner. As an option, you could undervolt the RX 480 to reduce its power consumption.
