Lossless Scaling

Lossless Scaling

Not working at all after update
After the update, the program just crashes as soon as I try activating frame generation. Doesn't matter if it's the new 3.0 frame gen or older versions. I have no idea what could be the issue. Update broke something for me.

Does the game run in windowed or borderless mode? Is DXGI selected as Capture API in LS?

Borderless. I tried all capture API's

Does it work with LS 2.12?

It worked until the latest update. I just tried uninstalling drivers with Display driver uninstaler and installing the latest one. No change.

Are you using 2.13 or 3.0?

I joined the beta now and it updated to 3.0. I thought that is just for the new interface. Anyways, FG works with 3.0 version of app.

Does this program override driver behavior? Because i have Gsync on for fullscreen and windowed in drivers and I thought if i choose "allow tearing" and turn on gsync compatibility, Gsync will just take over. But image tears.

Probably out of VRR range or Gsync option disabled. Anyway, LS does not modify any driver settings.

Gsync is on in driver. Gsync compatibility on i app. Base frame rate locked at 59. Refresh rate 120. So 2x FG =118fps. Should not tear.

Check the Gsync indicator to see if Gsync is really active, here's how to activate it:

118 is the mean. Some frames can still fall of out of the VRR range. I recommend you to have Default sync instead of Allow Tearing.
Lossless scaling now crashes with POE2, both 3.0 and older versions; LSFG 2x mode with everything else on default. I tried both dx12 and vulkan in game, and windowed and borderless modes. DXGI capture, win 10
Actually I just found out that I had a preset for poe2, created in an older version of the LS; I removed it and it's all working now with the default preset. Created a new preset with the same settings as before and it's working now
