What capture API?
What is the best capture API ?
DXGI or WGC?
And why if im using DXGI the screen in games turn way darker ? Im using windows 11 24h2 with latest updates...

DXGI is generally more modern, but if it does not work correct, use WGC.
The release notes for LS today clearly states that you should use WGC on windows 11 for now.

It doesn't say that. "On a side note, the DXGI Capture API is working again in Windows 11 24H2, thanks to the KB5046617 update."

I'm getting the dark screen w/ dxgi too. Win 11 24H2 up to date, nvidia drivers up to date as well. WGC is the only one working for me. I haven't used LS in a while but I used to use dxgi just fine before.

Edit: Alright I think i figured it out, setting color depth to 10bpc in nvidia control panel seems to cause it. If I switch to 8bpc dxgi works normally.
