Lossless Scaling

shadps4 weird bug
so i have been playing bloodborne in the emulator, with the 60 fps patch to make it so i can play at 120 with minimal input lag, but after playing the NG game all of it including dlc i went for the NG+ for some reason ludwig cinematic gave me crashes, i disabled the 60 fps patch and put the 30 fps and scaled it at 3x in lossless scaling, after beating ludwig again i went back to the 60 fps path but now the generated frames dont work, in the uper left it says 60/33 and when i move around is like if the game was showing only the generated frames with artifacts, because i feel the game slower, at 30 frames and i see all the screen bending and doing that stuff, i already tried everything i could think of, reinstaling the app, and reboot both the pc and the game, i dont know what to do

Can you think of anything else you may've changed in the time in-between you disabling the 60 FPS patch and you turning it back on?
I'm thinking emulator settings mainly, but anything in Windows, LS or with your drivers too if you've messed with those.
