If so, then this is probably one of LSFG's artifacts called Edge Distortion. It's there because FG doesn't know that is outside the picture, but it has to show something when you move the camera, so it makes this weird effect.
There isn't any way to completely remove it, but you can minimize it by increasing the FPS (for example by lowering the game's graphics settings, or by using the scaling feature), or if you're using x3 or x4 FG, this can cause this effect to be way more apparent compared to x2, so if x2 is enough for you, try to use this instead. Turning on performance mode on LSFG probably also can cause it to be worse.
