What is your GPU utilization while using LS in this game? GPUs don't like working too hard; utilization exceeding 85% can cause issues, and input latency is potentially one (though I wouldn't think it'd manifest like this).
I couldnt find my GPU percentage but its at 68 degrees.
Also, disable the games' vsync as well as LS's vsync for another small boost in latency.
If none of that works, try capping 36fps/72 combined and running x2 - (144hz dividing by 2 = 72) and remember to test vsync off.
Idealy, firstly, you would run without a FPS cap or LS and find your visible minimum frame rate (by just watching it). If your minimum is, say, 40fps, set your fps cap to something like 38-44fps, and LSFG to x2. You want the highest base frame rate you can get because that is the denominating factor as far as mouse latency goes.
If your pushing your laptop to run x4, I wouldn't do it because a GPU at 100% usage will also induce it's own latency.
