Lossless Scaling

Lossless Scaling

Issue: Unable to Launch the Game不具合:ゲームを起動することができない。 Issue: Unable to Launch the Gam
Press the "Launch" button from the library to start the game.
On the left side, the game you tried to start displays "Running."
During this time, the "Launch" button changes to a "Stop" button.
A few seconds later (4–6 seconds), the game screen shows no sign of launching, and the screen remains on the Steam library page. The "Launch" button reappears.

After purchasing and installing the games, this issue occurs, and I have not been able to launch them even once.

I have tried the following, but the issue persists, and the games won’t launch:

Uninstalling and reinstalling.
Verifying integrity of the game files.
Requesting a refund, repurchasing, and reinstalling.

There was no Lossless Scaling folder in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local.

Installing the redist didn't help either? What's your exact Windows version?

I installed the redist, but the same issue occurred, and it still won't start.

"I found that C:\Users<username>\AppData\Local existed, but there was no 'lossless' file inside, so I sent my initial reply to you. Afterward, based on your suggestion to install the redist, I tried it, but the same issue persisted.

Here's the settings file, put it into the "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Lossless Scaling" folder

What if there is no loss scaling in the local?

I found a file for loss scaling. I was very bad at it. If you don't mind, I would like to know how to solve this problem.

Check the Windows event viewer for error messages.
