So since it's working for you that's undeniable proof that it's working for me? lol that's now how different Systems work.
I tried both WGC and DXGI while recording with my Phone, since i can't record anything at all as long as LS is generating frames.

Noo.. zzz 🤥.. that's undeniable proof that it "SHOULD" work for you and me... at wounded knee .. 😏
.. you just haven't "tried" hard enough i guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ .
psst... nvidia is playing tricks on you .. 🤭
Try a wee bit harder, use Iphone 26 instead ..
.. that sure should be able to capture the flik 😆
LS works great for it's purpose, specifically "Frame Generation". Makes my games super smooth. Specifically use it for FO76 which is usual Bethesda stuttery mess even at 60 FPS, no issues there.
But as soon as i start to record with Shadowplay, it instantly stops and i get that tiny message shown in the video. If i turn LS Off, i can then record without issues.

I just noticed that Windows Video capture through "Xbox Game Bar" DOES work, lol who would had guessed.
I guess that resolves my issue, although not optimal as that one has higher resource and less quality, but it should do for now...
Alright.. Alright already.. you could start by mentioning the current nvidia driver revision you are using .. Since "shadowplay" is a .. well.. a nvidia feature ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ..
you may think , this is far fetched.. but like overlay game filters tends to break more often than not by updated nvidia drivers in windows .. trust me .. Update sometimes means .. 1 step forward .. but 10x step backwards on other fronts .. 🤦♀️

TA ta
hmm.. interesting.. Since game bar is completely disabled for me , and recording still works just fine ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ..
you may or MAY not come across the same problem then , if your system is preventing recording..! Since M$ has the habbit to turn back on default setting whitout user consent 🤭
