So what's the monitor hz in the Windows display setting? DId you accidently set a global 60fps cap or a cap on Lossless Scaling itself? Have you tried both adaptive and fixed framegen?
No, I didn’t set any limits. In the AMD graphics driver, neither FPS cap nor V-Sync is enabled— I double-checked that yesterday. And no, I don’t have any background programs running that could theoretically cap the FPS or interfere with the Lossless Scaling app. If needed, I can send a screenshot of all running .exe processes on my PC— maybe I’m just missing something.
At some point, I suspected the second monitor since it runs at 60 Hz, but even after disconnecting it via Win + P > PC screen only, nothing changed—the 60 FPS cap remained.
I never turned this setting on myself since I have a 60+ Hz monitor, so I assumed it was disabled. Besides, it's hidden away—I thought only Radeon Chill and Vsync controlled FPS limits.
On the other hand, this setting didn’t affect any of my other games after the driver update, but for some reason, it kicked in perfectly in LS. Like, I get a stable 100+ FPS in games, but in LS it was stuck at 60.
Sorry for wasting your time.
