[Bug/Issue] Randomly freezes my main monitor

1st monitor is an LG HDR G-Sync 165hz monitor, while the second one is basically the same but without HDR and locked to 60fps. Uh, after this recent update, I noticed in 3 different games I had my main monitor completely freeze up. My mouse was still hovering over stuff, and thanks to sound effects I actually did interact with it too - I say "noticed" because at first I thought it was an issue of the individual game.

Any more info I can provide is uh, I always used it on 60fps locked games to produce 120fps. My hardware is very strong, 4070TI etc, power is not the problem and neither are components, basically a year old or less. It's something with the software 100%. The only solution I found was also drastic; signing out of my profile or outright restarting my PC. Nothing else works and I did everything I can to get creative.

An important piece of info is that it happens on ALT-TABbing. And completely randomly, no clue what triggers it. I do use the option for multi-monitors, where it's supposed to stay locked to only one.

And to be perfectly clear as a TLDR; The picture of my main monitor freezes up, but I can still move my mouse about. I can also interact with it, but the picture is frozen - I can't see stuff I'm interacting with until I restart or sign out/back in.

The 3 cases I encountered this bug with were:
- Marvel's Spider Man 2; I locked the game to 60fps, reasonable quality and turned off that game's frame generation. Then used Lossless Scaling over it. Randomly, while alt-tabbing to browser for YT vods, it froze the picture.

- Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth; same as example no.1 - I reach 125-145fps with the settings maxed in game, so I locked the game to 60fps and let Lossless Scaling do the rest for fluidity of picture.

- Play two accounts of the mobile app Monster Legends, one on Bluestacks and one on Mumuplayer, both current versions. Randomly froze my main screen while I was using Lossless Scaling on it to enjoy the battles on high FPS.

i got the same issue bcs the armoury crate that makes it crash. for me it works no more freeze
