How this works

I don't understand a thing it does. I tweak with the options but it seems only the color of screen changes a tiny bit.

Only fully windowed mode or fullscreen, never windowed alone

This app can't scale exclusive fullscreen games, for borderless fullscreen mode you also need to use some options like the "Resize before scale". I recommend you to read the manual first.

Where can I find the manual? Because when I bought it I had no notification or information about it

There is "Manual" button, at the top right near the "Settings".
