If so, I reinstalled my current nvidia gpu driver and it has fixed the issue for me. Lossless now performing as intended - ingame frame rate capped at 60 and lossless doubling the frame gen to 120.
Edit: the gpu usage stays the same at around 95% percent which doesn't make any sense to me. I also tried fullscreen borderless or limiting the fps to 60. It would always drop the frames and they would be inconsistent
What's your GPU and resolution? That drop doesn't look unusual, it's a 45% drop in base framerate (110fps->60fps) for a 63% gain in displayed framerate (110->180).
Edit: it looks like it helped turning of the second monitor but the issues isn't resolved complelty. Now I go from around 90fps (higher load) to around 60-70 and even if i lock it to 60, it drops 10 more to around 50 it doesn't make any sense
