Less FPS with scaler ON

Hi,

I use LS with eFootball (RTX 4090, 7800X3D, 32 GB)

The FPS are unlocked (60 to 140) using an exe patch (eFootball-FPS-VSync-Patcher).

Thanks to this patch, the game runs very well in 4K 144hz at 140 fps, but I would like to use FS to add upscaling, without FG, in order to have a result almost as beautiful, while consuming less watts.

So I set scale factor to 1.3 and scaling mode to FSR or Nvidia, and in both cases the result is the same: the upscaling works well, my graphic card is less used (but still at a normal gaming frequency) and consume 200W instead of 320w so it's really nice ! But the FPS are capped at 114/115.

As soon as I "unscale", i'm back to 140 fps.

Is there a way to avoid this issue ?

I know the issue and I can only suggest that it probably is because of fullscreen exclusiv or when you framegenerate for higher resolutions as the monitor goes for nativ.
