The app won't lunch

Hi

I recently brought this app, it dosen't lunch event after rebooting the PC and even if i try to run it as an administrator.

I'm in a Windows 10 PC version up to date... do you have any solutions?

Has it ever worked? Try deleting settings.xml in c:\users\username\appdata\local\lossless scaling to reset the config.

No never worked... i don't have any files in this location

I tried it, but unfortunatly it's the same as before... Is it possible that the program is incompatible for a PC ?

For more information, my windows version is the 22H2 so upper than the minimal requirements...

It usually runs fine on Windows 10/11. What's your GPU? Is there an error message when you try to launch it?

My GPU is a Nvidia RTX 3070Ti, my CPU is an I7-7700, i have nothing when i try to run it, i see steam green writing that the program is running but after 10 seconds it stops imidiately without any message...

Merde... Maybe try installing it on a different partition. Or try running Steam as admin and then reinstall.

I reinstall it into another SSD, it s not woring i try to reboot my computer but i thig it will be the same... I really don't know why i've got this issue

Yeah it's the same

I kinda doubt that it will help, but try an older version, you find them in the Betas tab, try version 2.8.

Nothing change, i tried every version, i open the task manager and i see LS running for like 2seconds and kill instently

I tried to run it without my bitdefender also it s the same, strange thing
