144hz, fps changes depending on the map, but most of the time its below 60fps, I capped the max fps to half of my hz so 72

Will what you said above fix the issue of the fps numbers saying 144 / 288?
Try it. Overlays are usually the worst enemy of LS.
Update: I disabled steam overlay, i didnt know if that would have any effect if it didnt work on spt but did it anyways
I set the sync mode to Vsync, and then switched the capture api to WGC, but for some reason it still didnt change much, but when i put it back to DXGI all of a sudden its working like a charm!
Ground zero went from maybe ~45fps to now constantly over 100 - 120!
Thank you so much for the help, now its time to test streets, thats the final boss of benchmarking lmao
