Yes, make sure that the game runs in Borderless or Windowed mode.

What can I be setting for it I set it up like
Scaling mode Scaling Type Frame Gen
Auto LS1 LSFG 2.3 X4
My FPS drop from 500 in practice range to 200-300

Ingame it not stable at 360++ my fps drop to 270-400 so I just want it to make my fps stable at 380++ for my monitor i5-12400f 3070ti 16gb

odd but why would you want to enable this on games like valorant/cs? feel like for those types of games, you value reaction time than 'smooth' feeling.
Are you tryign to get 1000 for a 1000hz monittor :D?

I just told that when Im playing comp my pc cant run to 360 stable so I just wanna use it in max performance and its cheap so just wanna try is that wrong?

A x2 framegen with Performance mode should work. If not try x3 without Performance.
