is it possible to reset all settings back to default ?

Within the application, not as far as I know, but you could delete or rename the Settings.xml file and let Lossless Scaling generate a new one.

Enter "%LOCALAPPDATA%/Lossless Scaling" without quotes into the address bar of an Explorer window, and either delete or rename Settings.xml.
