Try LS1 Performance or SGSR for some additional fps.

What do you guys use to frame limit for amd?

Radeon Chill. Its driver-level mechanics allow it to have minimal CPU overhead.
It works very well if your base framerate is at least 40 and you use a modest FPS cap that is both easily achievable so your GPU doesn't reach 100% usage and also stays under your refresh rate after FG multiplies it.

For example 46 FPS cap x3 on a 144hz monitor, or 70 cap x2. If GPU usage goes to 100% you get frame time inconsistencies which will be even more noticeable with FG, so the cap needs to leave some breathing room. Always use freesync.

Great little tool to have when a game releases and doesnt support dlss or framegen on my rtx 3080. I can just use this app a get the benfits even without official game support. Its also good when games just simply arnt optermised. I played stalker 2 and the dlss was terrible for performance on release, i used LS for dlss and it worked much better.

Its also great for making youtube or any video streaming 60 or even 120 fps, as you can use framegen via browser too.
Just doesn't work on an XTX I mean the sharpen works yes but get huge input lag and stuttering its almost like taking a bunch of photos very rapidly, snap-snap-snap-snap the lag is that bad. GPU is almost 100% as well at times as well. Its unusable.
