PCSX2 and Lossless Scaling

Hello there, I have been using Lossless Scaling mostly for emulation, so far I have tried it with Yuzu, Ryujinx and CEMU with relative success, now I tried it with PCSX2 and the moment I try to apply framegen the application crashes immediately or it applies the framegen to the desktop instead of the emulator screen, I only have one monitor so it's not that and I am using PCSX2 in borderless fullscreen, any Idea on why it is not working?

I have seen people successfully using LS on PCSX2 so Idk where the issue lies.

Try use setting Separate window for game in PCSX2 settings.
