Hi, it's safe to use, in the many years LS exists there were no known bans, it's a simple overlay, it doesn't modify game data nor does it inject anything.

The scaling and framegen is done by the app and not done to the game itself, so when you are viewing the scaled game you are actually viewing Lossless Scaling and not CS2
