Lossless Scaling Is Not Opening

When i press start on steam it will load it like 3 second then it says start again and just like that i cant use it what can i do someone pls help

Reboot your PC and try again. If that doesn't work go to the LS installation folder and start the exe from there, right-click it and click Run as Admin.

Try running Steam in admin mode, then reinstall LS and try again. If nothing helps, there is a support section in the LS Discord.

It didn't worked. I think it's about the updates from my pc because i can't update my pc, the error fixing videos from youtube didn't worked so i have nothing to do now. Thanks for your help.

The Lossless Scaling does not start, I see a steam loading screen but its not in the task manager either, any idea?
