How many fps do you get and at what render resolution?
I don't know my exact FPS since I have everything set up so that I get the most performance possible (Steam overlay is off) but if I had to guess I'd say around 40fps? And it just stutters a lot in towns. I render it at 720p as of most recently but can run it at 3840x2160 and it's not much different in terms of performance. From what I understand, this is because a lot of the load is on the CPU.
If it's really because of a CPU-limit then LS would theoretically be the perfect solution. Set your render res to 720p and check your framerate and GPU-load with RTSS.
Don't be so negative. LS helps tremendously in CPU-limited situations. For example, in MSFS i can only get like 30FPS while flying over NYC because my CPU is too weak, but I can get it to 80-90fps with LS.
