Banned from CODCW

I was using this software to run Call of Duty Cold War way better, It was going good; until I got perm banned from all of the Call of Dutys, and Cold War itself. Got banned for "unauthorized software and manipulation of game data", I looked for help on this situation, but nothing so far. Do not use this for any Call of Dutys, you will get banned.

Please note, I have never cheated in this game, nor used any type of tools for a competitive advantage in any way, no unlock tools, ping tweakers, no nothing. I got grand slammed for no reason.

LS wasn't the reason for the ban, I know two people that use LS with CW, and several prople here on the forum as well. Use the forum search.

Stop whining. Go to the CW forum and search for "banned" and "unauthorized" for potentional ban reasons.

you probably got banned for something else, there were alot of false bans when MW2 and MW3 came out with no indications of what the bans were caused by and if you get banned from one of those, you get banned from all semi recent call of duty games. i looked at your games list and you very much were playing MW2/3, i suspect you were hit with pending ban on there, and soon as you tried playing Coldwar the ban got activated.

however your profile also shows that you also have multiple VAC bans before you got hit with the cod ban, not much people will believe your claim as the evidence states you are very much a cheater....

It's like they don't realise that gaming now comes with profiles and social media presence that we can't look up and sift through LOL

Not to mention anyone with a brain cell knows this game doesn't inject or affect any game in any ways so it's literally impossible to be banned for using it since it has nothing to do with the app LOL

yeah those bans would be seperate, different anticheat system. the anticheat (richochet) in MW2/3 is fairly finicky, its way more lax in Coldwar, from what i seen the most people i seen complaining about cold war bans have been because of bans from mw2/3. it could be unlikely they revert the ban, however there has been a small number of people able to successfully appeal their ban for cod. i dont see why they wouldnt flat out tell people exactly what programs caused bans so people can avoid those apps while they play.

i purposely dont play COD on steam (or link my activision account with steam) incase i ever get hit with one of the fake ass bans for just having apps on my computer. i suspect there is apps in the Kernal layer of peoples computers that are forcing bans, maybes its another anticheat, maybe its malware, no idea, (obviously cheats can be the cause but not every time)

its so weird tho, no joke, I just got this PC on a fresh windows; I just factory reset and downloaded CW and Lostless, I have nothing else on this PC, its tragic that I got banned, I haven't even done anything wrong. I really enjoy CW and with Lostless it made it better, but right after using Lostless, I got banned. Thats what I'm sayin

well i can assure you i was able to play CW with lossless scaling no problem.

other users in this thread experienced the same thing (not with lossless tho)
